Craven Crawfish was born out of the love of Crawfish by Chef JohnJay. With his love of Cajun and Asian flavor he spent many years perfecting the signature sauce he calls Craven Sauce.  With a special blend of 14 fresh spices he has created a unique blend of flavors.

Craven Crawfish opened its first location in March of 2017in the CE King area in Houston Texas. Since then we have been growing and growing every year. Often imitated but never duplicated by other places we continue to focus on the needs of our customers and provide exceptional customer service and great tasting food.

We are a family owned and ran restaurant.

 

With Chef Ruben and Chef John handling the day to operations they have all but mastered the techniques handed down by Chef John Sr. to continue to provide our customers with the great taste they have come to love.
